A label batch from Excel or CSV

When every label in a run has different text — weights, dates, serials — laying out each sticker by hand does not scale. Label Kit treats a spreadsheet as a source: one row, one label.

How a batch works

1. The template defines size, fields and barcodes.
2. You upload CSV or XLSX. Column headers must match field keys (sku, name, weight…).
3. The service builds a PDF for the thermal printer.

Templates for the current fields are downloaded from the batch form (Templates → CSV / XLSX).

Product plus file

A repeating name and article can come from a product; the remaining columns stay in the file. If you turn a field on as a single value for the whole batch, it overrides both the product and the file.

Print

PDF export needs an active subscription. Files are kept for 7 days; after that rebuild the batch.
