Label design to PDF without Word or Corel
Word and Corel work for a one-off design. On a serial run fields drift, barcodes lose readability, and the thermal-printer file is assembled by hand. Label Kit is built for another cycle: one template, any data volume, PDF on the way out.
Limits of office layout
In Word the label sits on an A4 sheet. A thermal printer uses different geometry: ribbon width, gaps, DPI. Moving the job again into Corel or Illustrator costs time aligning texts and codes.
A barcode pasted as a raster often will not scan: wrong module, compression, low resolution. For the warehouse and the till that is scrap.
How the service is built
- In the cabinet you define a template: label size, fields, texts, barcodes, images.
- For a repeating SKU you create a product (name, article, default template).
- You build a batch; the service exports PDF.
The template is a pattern, not a static picture. When data changes, the file is rebuilt without laying it out again.

The service is aimed at production, packing and marking where labels are issued regularly — not a one-off poster, but a stream of similar stickers.
Trial
After sign-up a trial is available: a template and a watermarked PDF. Paid plans are a monthly subscription or pay per label. The trial lets you evaluate the cycle “template → batch → PDF”.
