Terms of service

The operator of Label Kit offers the service on these terms. Registration, sign-in and use mean acceptance of the terms.

1. Subject

Access to a web service for preparing label templates, a product catalog, batches and PDF export.

2. Account

The user provides accurate data (including the email received via Yandex ID) and keeps access secure. Actions that disrupt the service or infringe third-party rights are prohibited.

3. Trial and payment

The trial is once per account; after it ends you can keep working with data without PDF export until a paid plan is enabled. Plan terms are published in the interface.

4. User content

The user keeps rights to uploaded and created materials and is responsible for their lawfulness (including trademarks).

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for indirect loss or infrastructure failures outside reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the claim period (zero during a free period).

6. Changes

The operator may update the terms; the current version is published at https://labelkit.ru/legal/oferta. Material changes are communicated through the service or email.
