This policy describes how the operator of Label Kit (https://labelkit.ru) processes personal data of users.
1. Who processes the data
The operator of Label Kit. For data-processing questions write to the service operator — the address is published on the site.
2. What data and why
To create an account and open the cabinet we receive the email address and name provided by Yandex ID at sign-in. The cabinet stores your templates, products, batches and related files — this is required to provide the service.
The session uses authentication and UI-preference cookies so you stay signed in and the site remembers the theme. These cookies have no other purpose.
If password sign-in is enabled, the password is stored only as a hash and cannot be recovered in plain text.
3. Sign-in with Yandex ID
Sign-in uses Yandex ID. Yandex sends us the account identifier, name and email. Yandex rules: https://yandex.com/legal/id_privacy/. By clicking “Log in with Yandex” you agree to this policy.
4. Analytics
The site runs Yandex Metrica, including Session Replay (Webvisor), click maps and referral accounting. IP address, browser data and cookies with the _ym_ prefix are processed. Yandex policy: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/.
5. Legal basis
Processing is needed to perform the service agreement (terms) and is carried out with the user’s consent at sign-in. Account emails, if enabled, are part of the service, not advertising.
6. Transfer and storage
Data is stored on the operator’s infrastructure. We share with third parties only what the service needs: Yandex ID (sign-in), Yandex Metrica (stats), and the mail provider if we send email. We may disclose data when required by law. There is no marketing mail without a separate consent.
Account data is kept while you use the service and is deleted on request or when the account is closed, unless the law requires a longer period.

You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of data and withdraw consent (cabinet access may then be limited). Write to the address in “Contacts”.
